This year, Viva Abejas at tán welcomes a new collaborator: Mike’s Hot Honey.
Known for their signature blend of honey infused with chili peppers, Mike’s Hot Honey shares our passion for celebrating one of the world’s most important ingredients—honey. Through this partnership, tán will feature Mike’s Hot Honey syrup in select cocktails, bringing a vibrant sweet heat to this year’s bee-centric beverage program.
Our bartenders have crafted cocktails that highlight the balance of agave spirits, fresh citrus, and the bold character of Mike’s Hot Honey, creating layered flavors that pay homage to the bees that make it all possible.
